The bill defines labour hire companies in a way that obviously encompasses conventional labour hire groups like Hays, Adecco, Chandler Macleod, Manpower, Paxus, and Programmed. But it goes much further and covers all the major consultancy firms including Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, and KPMG.
