JOHANNESBURG – Embattled auditing firm KPMG's announced the resignation of two executives on Friday. Sipho Malaba and Dumi Tshuma had been facing disciplinary charges over VBS Mutual Bank. They flouted KPMG's policies and procedures, regarding the disclosure of financial interests.
